摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法,对黄河鲤与松浦镜鲤不同可食用部位中铜、锌、铁和镉的含量进行了测定。结果表明:在不同部位肌肉中,尾部肌肉中铜含量最高,腹部肌肉中锌含量最高;2种鲤均以脑中铜和铁的含量最高,以皮中锌的含量最高;镉在两种鲤体内不同部位的蓄积量均较低,远低于国家标准限量。
By using atomic absorption spectrometry , we detected the contents of four elements ( Cu, Zn, Fe, and Cd) in dif-ferent edible tissues of two kinds of carp [ Huanghe common carp ( Cyprinus carpio Haematopterus ) , Songpu mirror carp ( Cyprinus specularis Songpu)].The results showed that:among different parts of muscle, the content of Cu in tail muscle was the highest , and the content of Zn in abdominal muscle was the highest .Among various organs or tissues , the contents of Cu and Fe in the cere-brum of 2 kinds of carp were all the highest , and the content of Zn in skin was the highest .The accumulative amount of Cd in vari-ous edible tissues of Huanghe common carp and Songpu mirror carp was relatively low , which was far lower than the limit of national standard.
