摘要
在离体试验条件下,用镉一次染毒鲤鱼肝匀浆,当剂量超过1000μg/L时,脂质过氧化作用明显升高,且各剂量组有明显的剂量—效应关系。当水体染毒鱼30天(镉浓度分别为20和40μg/L),鱼红细胞的超氧化物歧化酶活性均明显下降。在同样试验条件下及水体镉染毒10天(浓度为100μg/L)条件下,红细胞膜脂荧光偏振度及微粘度均升高.表明红细胞膜脂流动性下降。上述试验结果提示镉对鲤鱼的生物膜有氧化性损伤作用,并导致生物膜某些生物物理特性改变。
Cadmium at a dose of 1000μg/L significantly increased hepalic lipid peroxidation of common carp in vitro, and there is a dose response. When the fish were exposed to cadmium at the concentrations in the range of 20~40μg/L for 30days, the activity of superoxide dismutase of erythrocytes decreased significantly. When the fish were exposed to 1000μg Cd2+/L for 10 days, both fluorescence polarization and microviscosity of erythrocytes were increased, demonstrating the decrease of erythrocyte membranae fluldity. Above observations suggested that cadmium caused oxidative darmages in cell membrane,resulted in some changes of biophysical characters of erythrocytes.
