镉致小鼠肝损伤过程中自由基的产生及硒的清除效应 被引量:3

摘要 在低温(130K)状态下用电子自旋共振(ESR)技术直接检测到镉中毒小鼠肝组织产生的氧自由基(g=2.029),同时用脂类自由基捕集剂4-POBN成功地捕集到肝细胞线粒体在体外与Cd2+作用过程中产生的脂类自由基,得到的ESR波谱的超精细分裂常数为:αN=1.56mT,αH=0.298mT,反应体系中的丙二醛(MDA)含量也明显升高。表明硒能有效地清除在体内镉中毒时肝组织产生的氧自由基和体外Cd2+反应体系中产生的脂类自由基。 A electron spin resonant (ESR) signal of oxygen free radicals (g=2.029) could be directly detected at low temperature (130K) in the liver of mice treated with cadmium. Meanwhile, ESR spectra of spin adducts of 4 POBN with lipid free radicals (α N=1 56 mT,α H=0 298 mT) were obtained in a incubating system of mouse liver mitochondria with cadmium. In addition, MDA contents were significantly elevated in the incubating system. It was shown that selenium had a prominent scavenging effect on the oxygen free radicals in the liver and lipid free radicals generated in the incubating system of mitochondria with cadmium. Lipid peroxidation were also decreased.
