摘要
根据茶叶产业的发展,信阳农林学院在进行人才市场需求充分调研的基础上,以就业为导向,以满足岗位需要为目标,优化确定了茶文化专业的培养目标定位;以实际工作需要为依据整合和优化了课程内容,重构茶文化课程体系;推行"双证书"制度,实现了专业课程与职业标准无缝对接;推行任务驱动、项目导向等学做一体的教学模式,建立了完善的"教、学、做"一体化教室,以工作任务、项目需求为导向设计学习情境,完成教学过程。这种"理论实践结合,课内课外结合,发挥社团作用,提高实践技能"的综合素质培养模式,提高了育人质量。
According to the development of tea industry, Xinyang College of Agriculture and Forestry optimized the eduction objects of the tea major to fulfill the employment needs of the market based on a comprehensive survey. It integrated the curriculum contents to reconstruct the curriculum system and teaching content. A "double certificate" system has been implemented in the tea culture major to realize the integration of professional curriculum and occupation standard. The teaching mode of task driven and project oriented established an optimized classroom combining teaching, learning and practicing. The learning process was designed based on tasks and project needs. The education model focusing on comprehensive quality, i.e. combination of theory and practice, combination of in-class and out-class, development of practical skills, improved the education quality.
