摘要
目的对特殊群体女大学生的自信进行团体心理咨询与素质拓展训练干预,比较两种方法的效果。方法选取特殊群体女大学生随机分成3组,其中两个实验组一个对照组,实验组分别进行约16小时的团体心理咨询与素质拓展训练的干预,用两个量表,结合临床评估与自我报告等对干预效果进行评估。结果干预前,各组之间在各个维度都不存在差异,干预后,3个组在整体自信、学业自信、社交自信、身体自信、社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD)总分和社交回避维度上存在一定的组间差异(F=9.252、5.438、4.361、11.774、2.305和6.006,P<0.05),追踪测试中,3个组在整体自信、学业自信、社交自信、身体自信上存在一定的组间差异(F=3.248、2.714、4.623和2.057,P<0.05)。结论团体心理咨询与素质拓展训练都能有效地提高特殊群体女大学生的自信水平,且团体干预的效果有一定的长效性;不同的团体干预方式效果有一定差异。
Objective To compare the effects of the group counseling and the quality development training for special female under -graduates'confidence .Methods Special female undergraduates were randomly divided into three groups ,one for control and the other two for group counseling and quality development training respectively .The participants in the two experimental groups first took part in about 16-hour group counseling or quality development training .Then they completed college students'self confidence scale and social avoid-ance and distress scale .Results Before intervening ,there were no differences at all dimensions among the three groups .After interve-ning,there existed significant difference at total self-confidence,academic self-confidence,social confidence,body confidence,total score of SAD and social avoidance among the three groups (F=9.252,5.438,4.361,11.774,2.305 &6.006).With track test,there existed significant difference at the dimensions of total self-confidence,academic self-confidence,social confidence and body confidence among the three groups(F=3.248,2.714,4.623 &2.057).Conclusion Group counseling and quality development training can effectively improve the special female undergraduates'confidence level .There is a long-term effect of group intervention .And there is a significant difference between the intervention effects of group counseling and quality development training .
