摘要
采用PLC脉冲输出信号控制步进电机沿X轴与Y轴运动,通过发送脉冲的个数实现精确定位的功能。使用真空吸盘代替机械手手爪,实现了对特殊材料的吸取与释放。重点介绍了气动控制系统、PLC控制系统及触摸屏画面的设计。实践证明,该系统操作方便、运行平稳、定位准确、能够对物料进行安全有效的搬运,使用效果良好。
Using pulse output signal control stepper motor along the X axis and Y axis to move ,by sending pulse number can achieve the accurate positioning function .Using vacuum suction cups instead of manipulator gripper can realize the absorption and release of special materials .This paper mainly introduces the pneumatic control system ,PLC control system and touch screen design . Practice has proved that the system is easy to operate ,stable running ,accurate positioning ,to carry on safely and effectively for material handling ,and the use effect is good .
