摘要
冲网机用于将金属卷料加工成特定的成品料,并已经在工业生产中得到广泛应用。为了提高生产效率及加工精度,设计其控制系统。系统以PLC为核心,还包括触摸屏、伺服机构等部件。首先,工作人员在触摸屏上设置相关数据,PLC从触摸屏读取数据,并进行相应的数据处理,然后向伺服驱动器发送脉冲,控制伺服电机送料,从而实现精确的伺服定位。该控制系统已经顺利投入生产并且运行稳定,既达到了加工精度要求,又极大提高了工作效率。
The punching machine was used to process metal coils into certain products,and such control system was designed in order to improve the production efficiency of the punching machine.The system consisted of PLC,touch panel,servo mechanisms and so on.PLC got the data from the touch panel,then calculated the data,and sent the pulse to the servo drive to make the servo motor feed.The control system had been put into production successfully,and the requirements of the workpiece machining accuracy could be achieved completely and the efficiency could be improved greatly.
