摘要
提出的交流伺服驱动用于定剪系统具有控制精度高、响应速度快、运行平稳等特点,通过光电编码器组成半闭环的位置控制,交流伺服驱动和可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)相配合,可充分发挥PLC可靠性高、编程调试方便的优点。设备运行表明,采用交流伺服驱动后定位精度、时间和传送速度等指标有了很大提高。
The AC servo drive put forth in this essay is characterized as high precision, quick response and smooth operation when applying to determining length cutting system. Through photoelectric encoder, the half closed position control is formed. The strong points of reliability and convenient programming can be demonstrated when the AC servo drive works with programmable logic controller (PLC). The equipment operation exhibits that the positioning precision, time and delivery speed are greatly improved after adopting AC servo drive.
