摘要 [目的]研究蛹虫草多糖与复合果蔬酵素的复合物对动物细胞的抗氧化性。[方法]试验将蛹虫草多糖与复合果蔬酵素的复合物分别饲喂和注射给小鼠,观察该复合物在小鼠体内的作用和在小鼠体外对超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基的清除作用。[结果]试验表明,该复合物在小鼠体内可使SOD明显增加,在体外可有效清除超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基,具有较强的抗氧化性作用。[结论]研究可为含有虫草多糖的新型复合果蔬酵素新品规模化生产提供理论依据。 [Objective] To study antioxidation of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide anti compound fruit and vegetable enzyme on animal cells. [ Method ] The complexes were fed and injected into mice, the compound in mice and effect on scavenging superoxide anion free radical, hydroxyl radical in mice were observed. [ Result] The results showed that the compound can increase SOD in mice, can scavenge superoxide ion radical, hydroxyl radical, with strong antioxidation. [ Conclusion ] The study can provide theoretical basis for large scale production of new compound fruit and vegetable enzyme with Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide.
