钢吊车梁改造验算与加固处理方法

摘要 针对某核电常规岛厂房吊车起重量增加,造成原有吊车梁强度、刚度等不能满足使用要求的现状,为了确保厂房运行安全,分别按增加截面法和梁下增加支撑等方法对吊车梁的加固改造进行了分析比较。另外,提出了一种增加吊车之间最小间距以及增加吊车极限距离的方法,使原吊车梁满足现荷载情况的要求。 The crane beam strength and rigidity could not meet the application requirements because of the loading capacity increased in the plant building of the convention island in a nuclear power station. Adding cross-section method and adding support under beam method to reinforce the crane beam have been analyzed and compared to ensure the safety running of plant house. In addition, a method to increase the minimized distance between cranes and increasing crane limitation distance has been proposed for the original crane to meet the existing load requirement, which is used for the owners reference.
