摘要
汽车车架静力学分析主要包括弯曲和扭转两种工况,这是评价车架质量最重要的指标。采用弹性力学理论及有限元原理,利用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对某车型车架在弯曲、扭转两种工况下进行力学分析,得出了在弯曲和扭转工况下某轿车车架的刚度变化。并对不同荷载情况下的车架不同部位的应力、位移进行较为全面的数值模拟,为对车架的强度分析提供参考和依据。
The most important standard for the quality of car frame is the static analysis which contains bending and torsion working conditions. Based on theory of elastic mechanics and finite element,the mechanical property of the automobile frame is obtained under the conditions of bending and torsion using the ANSYS software. The influence of the two working conditions on this frame's stiffness is also known. Using the ANSYS software ,rounded numerical simulation of stress and displacement under different working conditions is completed. It could be the reference to the intensity analysis of car frame.
