摘要
叉车车架的动力学特性直接影响着整车的性能,因此叉车车架设计在整车设计工作中占有重要地位,应用有限元方法研究了车架的动态特性,并结合发动机及路面的激励频率对车架结构进行了低频动态特性的优化,优化结果表明车架固有频率避开了上述激励频率。因此避免了叉车在怠速及路面行驶中可能产生的共振问题。
Dynamic performance of forklift frame makes a direct impact on the vehicle quality, thus design work of frame occupies an important position in whole design. Dynamic characteristics of the frame is analysed based on finite element method. Combing engine and road excitation frequencies, the paper proceeded the optimization design for improve low-frequency dynamic of the frame. Results show that the natural frequencies of the frame can escape from the above-mentioned excitation frequencies, therefore avoid the resonance of the forklift when it is moving at idle or road issues.
