摘要
目的对利用碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)加固吊车钢梁的抗疲劳性能进行数值分析和评估疲劳寿命.方法采用有限元分析(FEM)与实验验证相结合的方法.利用"实体-膜"模型,详细研究采用CFRP加固吊车钢梁前后,以及在采用不同CFRP粘贴层数情况下,其疲劳性能产生的变化;通过FEM分析与实验结果之间的比较,对其抗疲劳性能及剩余寿命进行评估.结果吊车钢梁粘贴CFRP材料可以提高其疲劳性能;吊车钢梁的疲劳性能提高幅度与CFRP材料的厚度、弹性模量以及粘贴的层数等因素有关,吊车梁的疲劳寿命随加固CFRP层数的增加而增大.FEM分析结果与实验结果相吻合.结论利用有限元方法可以有效分析利用CFRP加固的吊车钢梁的抗疲劳性能.
the purpose of the paper is to analyze numerically and evaluate fatigue performance of steel crane beam reinforced with carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)by using a combination method of FEM and experiment.A FEM model with "solid-shell" element for the beam is set up and a numerical simulation for the beam under a repeat loading is finished.Different cases of simulations are considered under various loading conditions,and the changes for the fatigue performance of beam among the cases are also explored.Comparison study between the results of FEM and experiment is also done and the fatigue performance and remainder life for this kind of beam is also evaluated.The results of the study show that the normal single-layer CFRP sheet can increase the fatigue capacity as the enough thickness of the sheet is used.The effectiveness of FEM can be proved in analysis on the fatigue performance of the steel crane beam reinforced with CFRP.
