摘要
为了提高医学生的创新能力,培养具有创新精神、国际视野和实践能力的拔尖医学人才,上海交通大学医学院开展了基于现代建构主义理论的以研究为导向的探究式学习教学体系的实践探索,由科学家及其团队担任导师,以课程为抓手,强化学生科研能力、科学思维与创新意识的培养.凭借学院的国家和省部级重点学科与实验室以及在研的近千项国家和省部级科研课题,依托院士、“973”计划首席科学家并充分利用12所附属医院的临床教学优势,形成以科研项目为载体,以科研思维培养为核心,学生自主参与、全方位立体交叉的医学生科研训练体系,把科学思维的方法传授给学生,有助于学生应用理论知识于科学实验及临床实践,形成批判性思维和探究未知世界的意识及能力,提高科研创新和实践动手能力.
In order to cultivate innovative ability of medical students with international vision and practice ability, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine explores the research based learning education model (RBL) which is based on the modem eonstmetionism theory. This new education model includes basic scientific research training course, scientific research rotation course and overseas university research experience course. Inviting famous scientists and their team to be tutors, using RBL curriculum with so many scientific research projects, the university try to strengthen the scientific research ability, scientific thinking and innovating of medical students. With the advantage of national and provincial key disciplines & laboratories, hundreds of national natural science foundation and provincial special scientific research projects, so many academicians & "973" chief scientists to be teachers and the clinical resources of 12 affiliated hospitals, the university establish muhilevel scientific research training system which take the scientific research consciousness and thinking as starting point, active participation by students so that to cultivate innovative medical students. RBL curriculum pass on scientific thinking in teaching, it may help students apply theoretical knowledge into clinical practice, form the consciousness & ability of critical thinking & exploration. It is important for the students to improve their innovative and practical abilities.
