摘要
对应用浸种处理获得的变异后代 ,进行了叶绿素、糖、蛋白质、维生素C及株高、叶面积、生育期等的测定。试验表明 :该方法对株高、叶面积、生育期等性状的影响较为显著 ,对叶绿素、糖。
In this experiment,the variant materials obtained by seed soaking method were tested for biochemical indices such as chlorophyll,soluble sugar,reducing sugar,protein and Vitamin C contents,as well as plant height,plant type,leaf area and growth period.The results showed that plant height,plant type,leaf area,growth period and disease resistance were significantly affected. However,the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar ,reducing sugar,protein and Vitamin C were not.The method has the advantages of high ratio of variation(21.2%),easy to operate,and the separations stablize quickly.
