摘要
提取糯质玉米DNA利用花粉管通道法导入甜玉米自交系,其后代植株产生了变异,主要表现在株高、穗位高、叶面积等性状上的差异。经三代种植观察,D3代各变异性状趋向稳定。经品质分析,可溶性糖含量基本保持不变,蛋白质,淀粉含量有所提高。从而为今后玉米不同种之间的DNA导入创造新的变异品系,提供可参考的理论依据。
With the methods of pollen-tube-pathway, the exogenous DNA extracted from donor waxy corn was introduced into the sweet maize inbred lines. The progenies appear the mutant characters, mainly including the height of plant, the height of fruit, the area of leaf etc. Through planted and observed in D3 generation, which character tended to be stabilized. Analyzed its soluble sugar, protein and starch content of the stable strain D3 generation, the results indicated that the soluble sugar content was little changed, protein and starch content was increased. Consequently, it offers a collated theoretical base to develop new mutant maize material for transmitting exogenous DNA. of different species .
