摘要
高校内部治理中的"教师权力"不同于"教授权力"。从高校内部治理中教师权力变迁的谱系分析中可以发现教师权力的依据主要包括知识、组织设计、外部制度和集体行动。教师权力的知识性会导致教师权力过度集中于教授群体,以教授的权力代替了教师的权力。当普通教师以个体的形式存在于学校内部权力体系之中时,他们的权力尽管往往被教授的权力、行政的权力所抑制,但是并不意味着他们的权力运作完全消失。
In the internal governance of universities ,the teacher's power is different from the professor's power. According to the pedigree of the change of teacher's power in the internal governance of universities, the teacher's power is derived from professional knowledge, organization design, external system and collective action. The knowledge of teacher's power can lead to excessive concentration of power in professor group. Consequently, the teacher's power will be instead of the teacher's power. When ordinary teachers exist in university internal power system with the form of individuals ,their power usually inhibited by professor's power and administrative power.However, it does not mean that the operating of their power will disappear completely.
