摘要
当今我国大力推行绿色建筑发展,是顺应全球低碳经济形势和我国城镇现代化发展的必然选择.绿色建筑强调的是经济、社会、环境可持续发展,具有积极的外部性.如何发挥绿色建筑市场主体参与的积极性越来越受到社会关注.本文对市场主体的博弈关系和行为动力进行分析,从成本效益分析的视角,提出增强绿色建筑市场发展动力的策略,为进一步推动绿色建筑的发展提供了理论依据,为市场主体的决策指明方向.
The development of our country to promote green building is an inevitable choice to conform to the global situation of low carbon economy and modernization of urban development in china. Green building emphasizes the sustainable development of economy, society, environment, and with external actively. How to give full play to the enthusiasm of green architecture market main body participation, turn the external factors internalization. Now people have pay more attention to this question. This paper analysis the game relations and dynamic behavior of the market main body, from the cost benefit analysis point of view, put forward to strengthen the momentum of development of green building market strategy, has provided the theory basis for the further development of green building, for the direction of the market main body decision.
