摘要 当今,低碳建筑已成为国际建筑主流趋势,向绿色低碳建筑转型,实现建筑业对环境低碳排放是我国建筑业可持续发展的必由之路。因此如何在成本控制范围内,选择合适的建筑节能材料和建筑节能技术变得尤为重要。这不仅要求我们提高技术水平以降低能耗,同时从管理学角度要求对各种建筑节能方案进行选择,从而找出最优方案。本文从建筑节能方案的经济效益,环境效益,社会效益等角度出发,运用价值工程理论对建筑中能耗进行分析比较,从而帮我们选择最优的技能方案。同时,本文还从管理学角度分析了中国目前发展低碳建筑的必要性与不足。 Today, low-carbon building has become the main trend of international construction, building low-carbon transition to the green , low carbon emissions on the environment to achieve the construction industry, is the only way for China's sustainable construction industry. Therefore, how to control the cost and select suitable building materials and building energy saving technology has become particularly important. This not only requires us to improve the technical level to reduce energy consumption , while requests from a management point of view on various building energy conservation program options to find optimal solution. This paper from the view of the economic benefits, environmental benefits, social benefits of building energy conservation programs, using value engineering theory, analyzes and compares the energy consumption of buildings to help us choose the best program . At the same time, this article from a point of view of management analyzes the necessity and limitation of the current development of low carbon building in China.
