摘要 温室气体排放量的控制和计算是建立低碳经济和低碳发展模式的前提和基础,而温室气体排放量化换算系数是审计温室气体排放量的关键。文章介绍了碳排放系数和二氧化碳排放系数的概念和内涵;阐述了获取温室气体排放量化换算系数的统计计算、实验测定、换算、收集资料的4种主要途径;分析了采取不同途径所得的几种能源的碳排放系数和二氧化碳排放系数,总结了换算过程中所需部分温室气体的全球暖化潜能等数值;提出了选取温室气体排放量换算系数的途径与建议。 The control and calculation of greenhouse gas emissions are the prerequisite and foundation for the establishment of a low-carbon economy and low-carbon development model, while the quantitative conversion coefficient of greenhouse gas emissions is the key to audit the emissions. In this paper, the concept and connotation of carbon emission factor and CO2 emission factor were introduced; four approaches (statistic calculation, experimental determination, conversion and data collection) to access the quantitative conversion factor of greenhouse gas emissions were stated. In addition, the factor of carbon and CO2 emission for the energies obtained from several ways were analyzed, and the global warming potential, one of some greenhouse gases values is required in the conversion process, was summarized; The approach and suggestions to select the quantitative conversion factor of greenhouse gas emissions were proposed.
