摘要
随着2009年哥本哈根气候大会的召开,低碳理念已经逐渐成为我们生活的主题。该文借鉴碳排放交易的理念,从企业角度出发,将其中碳排放量的计算和价值计算引入到绿色建筑的经济效益评价中,从而使得绿色建筑的一些隐性收益价值化,进而可以正确判断绿色建筑的经济效益,这为绿色建筑的推广,促进低碳城市的建设发挥了积极的指导作用。
After the Climate Conference in Copenhagen in 2009,the concept of low-carbon has gradually become a subject of our lives.The paper draw the idea of carbon emissions trading and introduce the calculation of carbon emissions and their value into economic analysis of green building,which making green building the value of some of the hidden benefits from enterprise perspective,thus we can correctly judge the economic value of green building.It play an active role in the spread of green building and promoting the construction of low-carbon city.
