摘要
目的评价"正性暗示"对降低门诊小型手术患者术前恐惧的效果,为提高围手术期护理质量提供新思路。方法 2013年1月至6月接受门诊手术患者129例,分为试验组62例和对照组67例,试验组患者进入手术室后通过正性暗示进行心理干预;对照组患者进入手术室后实施常规的心理安抚。观察两组患者平均动脉压、心率、脉搏氧饱和度及体温,比较患者术前的恐惧程度和患者满意度。结果两组患者围手术期各时间点生命体征差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),"正性暗示"干预后,试验组恐惧程度降低,且对干预的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于门诊小型手术的患者术前使用正性暗示进行心理安抚较常规方法具有很大的优势,是提高围手术期护理质量的很好方法。
Objective To evaluate the effects of ＂positive hint＂ language on reducing patients＇fear in outpatient surgery, and provide new idea to improve perioperative nursing quality. Methods Totally, 129 outpatient surgery patients from January 2013 to June 2013 were divided into the experimental group （n = 62） and the control group （n = 67 ）. Patients in the experimental group were received positive hint as psychological intervention after entering in operation room, and patients in the control group were received routine psychological comfort. The mean blood pressure, heart rate, pulse oxygen saturation and temperature were recorded, the preoperative fear and satisfactory degree of two groups were compared. Results There was no difference in vital signs during surgery between two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but there was less preoperative fear and higher satisfactory degree in the experiment group than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Preoperative fear can be relieved effectively with positive hint language given by medical staff, thus is worthy to be popularized.
