摘要
21世纪湖北暨武汉开局便面对东部现代化和西部大开发的夹击态势 ,但在腹部七省市中 ,湖北暨武汉处于经济社会发展水平上的台地优势 ,创造了为西部大开发提供全方位服务的可能性和可行性 ,并通过区位优势、科教优势和水资源优势的充分发挥 ,提升自身的区域比较优势势能 ,扩大其服务范围和市场占有率 ,便可以在全国实现湖北暨武汉的崛起 。
Hubei province is now in a difficult position between the modernization of eastern China and the exploitation of western China. Its economy and society development level is on the tableland among the seven provinces in middle China (including municipality directly under the Central Govenment) ,which creates the possibility and feasibility for Hubei province to provide omnibearing service for western China. This paper holds the point that through the full use of its advantage of geography position,science,education and water resource,Hubei province is sure to extend its service scope and rate of market occupation.
