摘要
利用铅试样在实验室轧机上对钢板桩异型断面轧制过程进行模拟实验,通过改变轧制速度、辊缝压下量、导入角、轧辊直径以及轧制润滑条件,研究了轧制断面的宽展变化规律。实验结果表明,其他轧制工艺参数不变时,异型断面的宽展随轧制速度和导入角的增加而减小,随摩擦系数和压下量的增加而增加,且异型断面形状对宽展的影响因子约为0.5;对于辊径差不大于8%的异型孔型,可选巴赫契诺夫公式结合现场情况进行修正后使用。
Pass rolling process of profile has been simulated by using lead material in laboratory mill, to look for the spread relative laws of profiles by changing rolling velocity, rolling reduction of gap, opening angle, roll- ing diameter and rolling lubrication. The test results show that spread of profile will reduce as rolling velocity and opening angle increase, it will increase as rolling reduction of gaps and friction increase when other rolling process parameters keep constant. The spread impact factor of profile shape is about 0.5. The bachsr formula has been rectified , which would be choosed to fit the situation while rolling diameter deviation of profile grooves is not more than 8%.
