摘要
生产节材型铝合金板材需要解决变厚度轧制参数计算问题。为此,对赫米—亚历山大宽展公式进行了修正,从而得到了适用于铝合金板材减薄轧制的宽展公式。在此过程中引入减薄轧制影响系数,通过遗传算法对此系数进行了回归。结果能为铝合金板材减薄轧制的参数计算奠定理论基础。
Producing aluminum alloy sheet of saving materials needs to solve the computing problem of variable thickness rolling parameters. For this reason, Hermi-Alexander width spreading formula was modified to obtain a suitable formula of thinning rolling for aluminum alloy sheet. Leading into the thinning rolling effect coefficient in the process, the regression of this coefficient was carried out by the genetic algorithm. The results can lay a foundation for the theoretical calculation of thinning rolling parameters for aluminum alloy sheet.
