H型钢成形过程头部位移场的数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高万能法轧制H型钢的成材率,利用非线性有限元的方法建立了H型钢咬入过程的动态有限元分析模型。在给定H型钢轧制规程的条件下,较详细地模拟了咬入过程H型钢头部变形区内腹板在其长度和厚度方向上位移场的分布。计算结果表明,H型钢成形后腹板头部区域的厚度呈现两边厚中间薄的波浪形分布,头部呈现典型的舌头形。该研究成果为准确提供H型钢成品的切头长度提供了理论依据。 In order to increase the ratio of H-Beam's finish product with the method of universal, the dynamic finite element analysis model for biting process of H-beam was established with the method of nonlinear finite element. Based on the condition of preset rolling regulations of H-beam, the distribution of displacement filed was simulated for the deformation of H-Beam's head in initial stage and the bite stage during biting process. The results indicate that the thickness of head filed in web of H-beam presents the corrugation distribution of both sides thicker and the head section presents typical tongue shape after forming for H-beam. The research achievements can provide the theoretical basis for accurate crop end length of H-beam finish product.
