摘要
基于弹塑性有限元的理论, 利用大型有限元计算软件 MARC建立了板坯定宽的有限元分析模型, 研究了不同模块角度对板坯头尾部和中部狗骨分布的影响。结果表明, 板坯对称有限元模型定宽后, 板坯的头部出现双峰狗骨, 中尾部出现单峰狗骨, 而且狗骨沿长度方向为非连续分布, 采用较小的模块角度有利于狗骨峰值的减小。对于选择和在线控制模块角度有重要指导意义。
Base on the theory of elastic-plastic finite element,the slab side pressing finite element analyzing model was established By MARC software.the paper studied the effection of die angle on the slab bulge distribution of slab head and middle and tail.The results indicated that the slab head had double peak slab bulge , slab middle and tail had single Slab bulge on symmetry FEA model after sizing press,the slab bulge distributed discontinuation along slab length orientation. It was propitious to reduce the slab bulge peak to adopt smaller die angle, which had provided the reference values for select die angle and control die angle on line.
