西部地区农村幼儿教师专业发展状况研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过对近10年关于西部地区农村幼儿教师专业发展状况的研究进行整理分析之后,我们发现,西部地区农村幼儿教师存在着专业发展潜力巨大、专业发展意愿强烈、专业发展环境宽松等专业发展优势,但是同时专业发展的内驱力不足、专业发展理念陈旧、专业发展途径不足等专业发展劣势也不容忽视。因此为了更好地促进西部地区农村幼儿教师的专业发展,应当采取完善农村幼儿教师"任""评"制度、提供学前教育专业学历培训、培养教师专业自我发展意识、提高工资保险等相关福利待遇、建立系统配套的科学培训体系等对策。 After collecting and analyzing the study on the professional development status of rural preschool teachers in the western region of China in recent 10 years , we found that the rural preschool teachers in the western area of China has great potential in professional development , strong wish for professional development , loose development environment , and some other professional advantages , but some disadvantages in professional development such as poor drive ,outdated development concept and lack of route can not be ignored . Therefore , in order to better promote rural preschool teachers'professional development in the western region , we should improve the rural preschool teachers'employment and evaluation system , provide preschool education certificate training , train teachers'professional self development consciousness , raise their wage , insurance and other related benefits , and establish a systematic scientific training system .
