摘要
格瑞克柿庄南枣园煤层气田具有典型的低产、低压、低渗的特征,由于目前国内既没有煤层气田设计的相关规范,又没有更多的经验可以借鉴,若采用传统的集输工艺必将造成工程投资的增加,降低整体经济效益。文章结合该气田集输管网的现状,运用PIPEPHASE数值模拟软件,研究出了一套经济适用的"集中增压‘枝上枝’阀组布站"的环形集输工艺技术。该技术具有投资省、见效快、便于管理维护、节省人员、建设灵活、节能、环保和占地少等优点,对国内今后大型低压、低产煤层气田的地面开发建设具有推广意义。
Zaoyuan Coal Bed Methane(CBM) Field has the characteristics of low yield,low pressure and low permeability.Neither domestic codes nor more experience can be learnt for design of CBM field yet. It will increase project investment and reduce whole economic benefit if adopting the traditional gathering and transportation processes.Based on the current situation of the pipeline network and by means of PIPEPHASE software,a set of economical and proper loop gathering and transformation technologies is researched,which is called "centralized pressure boost multi-branch manifold disposal station". The new technology is charactered by low investment,quick return,convenient for manage and maintenance,low manpower cost,active organization,energy-saving,environmental protection and less land occupation,etc. It has directive significance for surface development of similar large CBM fields with low yield and low pressure.
