苏里格气田苏10井区地面建设优化方案 被引量:12

摘要 苏里格气田苏10井区属于克拉通盆地的岩性气藏,有着"低孔(8.95%)、低渗透(0.73×10-3μm2)、低产(1×104~3×104m3/d)、低丰度(1.3×108m3/km2)、低饱和度(50%~60%)、低压(28 MPa)"的"六低"特征,经济有效开发的难度非常大,该气田的开发曾因此陷入停顿。为了实现在满足技术要求前提下低成本开发的目标,打破常规,围绕总体布站方案开展了大量的创新、研究、比选,制定出一个更先进合理的适应"六低"气田的集中增压"枝上枝"阀组布站工艺技术方案。与传统分散增压集气站技术、集中增压集气站技术相比,该技术方案大大简化了集气设施,降低了能耗,从而大幅度降低投资。实践证明,这些优化方案不仅适用于苏里格气田的开发和建设,也为类似"六低"气田的开发和建设提供了借鉴作用。 The Sulige gas field is located in the lithologic gas reservoir of the Craton basins. It is characterized by 'six lows', namely, low porosity (8.95%), low permeability (0.73×103 μm2), low production (10,000-30,000m3/d), low abundance (1.3×108m3/km2), low saturation (50-60%) and low pressure (28MPa). These factors have resulted in huge development difficulties and the gas field development came to a standstill at one time. To realize the objective of cost-saving development, a more advanced centralized pressure boost technologies of multi-branch manifold station arrangement scheme has been drafted via a great deal of technical innovations, researches, comparison and selection on general scheme of station arrangement. This scheme is better fit for this 'six lows' gas field. Compared with traditional dispersed pressure boost technology and centralized pressure boost technology, this scheme can considerably simplify the gas gathering facilities and reduce energy consumption. Accordingly, the project cost can be sharply reduced. It is proved that the optimized scheme is not only fit for Sulige gas field, but also playing a reference role in the development and construction of similar gas fields.
