摘要
为了节约油田集输管网的投资成本,结合某油田地面环形集输管网的实际情况,以免疫遗传算法为基础,构建地面环形集输管网的优化设计数学模型,并对模型进行求解。在此基础上,利用运算实例对模型的有效性进行验证,得到油田地面环形集输管网的优化方案。研究结果表明,集输半径为2 km时,地面环形集输管网优化设计方案用于系统设计时造价最低。并且当设计油田地面环形集输管网时将各级站划定在一定范围时,2 km集输半径为最佳设计,据此证明了模型具有良好的适用性。此次研究为油田地面环形集输管网优化提供了借鉴和参考,为集输管网的布置提供了理论基础。
In order to save the investment cost of the oil field gathering and transportation network,combined with the actual situation of an oilfield surface ring gathering and transportation pipeline network,the optimization design mathematical model of the surface ring gathering and transportation pipeline network is constructed based on immune genetic algorithm,and the solution of the model is done.Then,the validity of the model is verified by an example,and the optimization scheme of the oilfield surface ring gathering and transportation pipeline network is obtained.The results show that when the gathering radius is 2 km,the optimal design scheme of the surface ring gathering pipeline network costs the least in system design.And when designing the surface ring gathering pipeline network of the oil field,all stations are defined in a certain range,2 km gathering radius is the optimal design,which proves that the model has good applicability.This study can provide a reference for the optimization of oil field surface ring gathering and transmission pipeline network and provide a theoretical basis for the arrangement of gathering and transmission pipeline network.
