摘要
目的观察采用心理护理对行聚乙二醇联用莫沙必利胶囊内镜检查的便秘患者的效果及患者对护理满意度的影响。方法选取60例行胶囊内镜检查的便秘患者为研究对象,检查前均给予聚乙二醇联用莫沙必利行肠道准备,数字法随机将患者分为两组,其中对照组30例给予常规护理干预,观察组30例在对照组护理基础上给予强化心理护理干预,观察两组胶囊内镜检查情况及患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组总肠道清洁率为93.3%,高于对照组的83.3%,检查成功率为96.7%,高与对照组的86.7%,胃内停留时间短于对照组,小肠停留时间长于对照组,观察组总护理满意度为100%,高于对照组的86.7%。以上各项指标比较其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论良好的心理护理能够帮助行胶囊内镜检查的便秘患者更好的了解检查的全过程,积极的配合检查前的肠道准备及清洁度评估,从而减少胃内停留时间,提高图像清晰度,提升检查成功率和患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing and the degree of satisfaction of patients with constipation who were given polyethylene glycol Mosapride bowel and mosapride before taking capsule endoscopy examination. Methods Sixty patients with constipation who were given in combination drugs with polyethylene glycol bowel and mosapride in small-bowel preparation for capsule endoscopy, which were then randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 75 cases in each group,the control group performed only capsule endoscopy and received the routine nursing measures,while the intervention group was given either enhanced nursing intervention to routine nurding measures in capsule endoscopy.The physiological indices,intestinal cleaning degree and satisfaction investigation status were observed,recorded and compared between the two groups. Results There were significantly difference between control group and intervention group in the bowel cleanness（83.3% vs 93.3%）and check the success rate（86.7% vs 96.7%） and the total nursing satisfaction（86.7% vs100%）, intervention group is shorter than the control group in gastric residence time, the intervention group is longer than the control group in the small intestine residence time（all P〈0.05）. Conclusion The good psychological nursing can help patients with constipation better knowing examination whole process and actively cooperating with bowel preparation and effectively assessing the intestinal cleanliness before the capsule endoscopy examination, and thus reducing gastric residence time and increasing the definition of image and upgrading the success rate of examination and improving nursing satisfaction.
