摘要
目的探讨护理干预对胶囊内镜检查前肠道准备影响的研究。方法随机将首次进行胶囊内镜检查患者分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组给予传统预约方式,观察组给予综合护理干预,包括心理护理,肠道准备,饮食护理干预,运动干预等。比较两组患者肠道清洁度、观察效果、病变检出率。结果两组患者肠道清洁度、观察效果、病变检出率比较,观察组显著优于对照组,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预用于胶囊内镜检查患者的肠道准备,能够有效提高肠道清洁度,改善内镜下观察效果,并利于病变检出率的提高。
Objective To discuss the influence on bowel preparation before capsule endoscopic examination of comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods 60 patients to be performed capsule endoscopy were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 30） and the control group（ n = 30）,the control group were given traditional reservation method. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,including psychological nursing,bowel preparation,diet preparation,exercise intervention. Then the intestinal cleanness,effects of examination and pathological detection rate were contrasted between the two groups.Results The intestinal cleanness,effects of examination and pathological detection rate in the observation group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention in the bowel preparation before capsule endoscopic examination can effectively improve the intestinal cleanness,improve the observation effects,and improve the detection rate of the lesions.
