摘要
以大学生电子创新基地为平台,实现教学模式的转变,培养学生的自主学习和自主创新能力。通过对外合作和项目申请为电子创新实践基地的建设筹措运作资金;利用完善的软件制度和网站建设实现管理的规范化;基于实训项目和科技竞赛培养学生的创新和实践能力;构建产学研合作平台将科技成果转化为经济效益,实现"三赢"。通过四年的实践和探索,大学生创新实践基地运行较为有序,学生创新成果明显。
The platform changed teaching mode and cultivated independent innovation ability and inde- pendent learning ability of the student by electronic innovation base. The fund for construction of electronic innovation base is raised through external cooperation and project applications. The management standardi- zation depends on perfect software systems and website construction. Based on practical training project and technological competitions the platform develops innovation ability and practical ability of student. The plat- form build cooperative platform of scientific and technological achievements into economic benefit in order to achieve ＂Three-win＂. Through four years of practice and exploration, the electronic innovation base for college students sustain regularly and the student make obvious innovation achievements.
