摘要
创新基地的建立为创新人才的培养提供了必要的实践平台和训练环境。本文以浙江师范大学为例,将教室、校园和社会为主要活动空间的三大"课堂"与职业教育、个性教育、英才教育三大"平台"相结合,通过诸多措施加强创新人才的培养。如设立新世纪人才学院培养优秀学生干部;成立校科技创新协会;社团引入学分制;出台《创新实践学分实施办法》;用"节"文化培育创新人才;设立各类项目推动创新人才培养;举办各类技能竞赛;实施开放式实验教学模式;创新与创业的结合。但是,面对社会发展的挑战,还要在理念层面、制度层面、实践层面优化"三·三制"创新人才培养体系。
