摘要 为了适应新型驱护舰通信平台和装备更新发展的形势,建设了新型驱护舰综合通信系统训练模拟器实验室,明确了建设定位和建设功能,分析了系统组成结构、硬件组成、软件组成和信息流程。实验室进行了预约式开放、层次化运作实践,完善了激励机制和制度化管理,取得了突出的建设效益。为了弥补承训量的不足,继续开展舰艇综合通信系统在线虚拟训练系统建设。 In order to adapt to update and development situation of the new destroyer and frigate communication platform and equipments,the training simulator laboratory of integrated communication system for new destroyer and frigate is built.This paper defines the construction requirement and function,and analyzes the system structure,hardware composition,software composition and information flow.The laboratory has carried out the practice of open appointment and hierarchical operation,improved the in⁃centive mechanism and institutionalized management,and achieved outstanding construction benefits.In order to make up for the shortage of training capacity,the construction of online virtual training system for ship integrated communication system is contin⁃ued.
