摘要
目的:评价CBL和TBL教学法在冠脉CT影像教学中的效果,总结应用经验。方法:分组采用CBL和TBL教学模式进行冠脉CT影像教学,对比理论及阅片考核成绩,收集学生对两种教学模式的认知和感受。结果:CBL和TBL组的理论及阅片实践考核成绩均无显著差异。结论:CBL和TBL教学模式在冠脉CT教学中均能达到良好的教学效果,但两者对学生各项能力的培养侧重点有所不同。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of the Case-Based Learning( CBL) and Team-Based Learning( TBL) in coronary CT course. Methods: students were grouped by CBL and TBL and their theory and testing scores were compared. The students' recognition and perception were collected at the same time. Results: There was no significant difference between CBL mode and TBL mode. Conclusion: CBL and TBL are the feasible and effective teaching methods in coronary CT course,but they are different from each other in cultivating the abilities of the students.
