摘要 探讨以岗位胜任力为导向的急诊医学教学方法,针对住院医师规范化培训中存在的问题进行剖析。从能力培养、人文素质、教学管理等方面进行深入研究,以培养优秀专业救治团队为目的,实现院前急救、院内急救、重症监护于一体的救治模式以适应时代发展需求。改变传统教学模式,将急诊医学教学目的和教学目标与社会需求相结合,建立具有岗位胜任力的卓越人才培养计划,对加强教学改革具有重要意义。 This paper explored the competency-oriented teaching methods in department of emergency medicine, and probed into the problems existing in the standardized residency training. Intensive investigation is conducted in areas including capacity development, humanistic education and teaching management. With the aim of cultivating qualified medical teams for emergency medicine, an emergency care model combining pre-hospital care, in-hospital resuscitation and intensive care unit is created to meet the dynamic social needs. It is of great significance to change the traditional teaching models, align the teaching objectives and goals of emergency medicine with the social needs, establish training programs aiming to develop post competency, and strengthen teaching reforms.
