摘要
"和"、"变"、"用"思想深嵌于中国的文化典籍和国人"常人生活"的惯习中。在解读"和"、"变"、"用"的中国文化蕴含基础上,提出其在本土管理思想中的内涵与维度。继而,引入以华为公司为代表的领先企业的回溯性案例分析,证实领先企业的经营管理中"和"、"变"、"用"管理思想可及性、实践性与实效性;并借助波特的价值链理论,提出和推导"和、变、用"嵌入管理实践探索性模型,分析其嵌入企业经营管理的方法论,即关系结构与节点嵌入。
The thoughts of "He", "Bian" and "Yong" thought are deeply rooted in the Chinese cultural classics and Chinese "routine life". Based the Chinese cultural foundation on "He", "Bian" and "Yong", the study puts forward the connotation and dimensions on "He", "Bian" and "Yong" in light of the indigenous management thoughts and dimensions. Then, the outstanding management practice of Huawei Company confirms the attainability, utility and effectiveness of the "He", "Bian" and "Yong" thoughts. Lastly, with the help of Potter's theory of the value chain, the exploratory models and methodology of the "He", "Bian" and "Yong" thought are proposed, which suggests that they could be embedded in the enterprise management practice.
