摘要
本文基于1999—2018年CSSCI期刊发表的以管理案例研究为主题的学术论文绘制知识图谱,反映了中国管理案例研究的现状和趋势。研究发现:①针对年度发文量与关键词进行突现分析发现,1999—2005年为起步期,2006—2014年为成长期,2015年进入稳定期。②管理学特别是工商管理学科占据管理案例研究的基础地位,其次是经济学,《管理世界》《管理案例与评论》《管理学报》等发表管理案例研究较多;大连理工大学、中国人民大学、清华大学等在管理案例研究方面积累深厚。③既往管理案例研究的热点集中于协同创新、知识管理和绩效等领域,未来高潜热点可能包括企业绩效、风险管理、管理创新等领域。
Based on the knowledge mapping method,this paper selects the academic papers on the subject of management case studies published in the CSSCI database from 1999 to 2018 as research samples,reflecting the current research status,hotspots and trends of management case studies in China.The study found:①from 1999 to 2002,an average of 10 papers were published per year,30~40 papers published per year form 2003 to 2007,and the number gradually increased to more than 100 from 2008 to 2013.In 2014,the number of papers published was nearly two times that of 2013,and basically since 2015,more than 240 per year.Combined with analysis,1999-2005 is the starting period,2006-2014 is the growth period,and 2015 is entering the stable period.②Management disciplines,especially the business administration disciplines are the basis of management case studies,followed by economics.Management World,Journal of Management Cases Studies,and Chinese Journal of Management published the most papers on management case studies,which has become their characteristics.Dalian University of Technology,Renmin University of China,and Tsinghua University have accumulated rich experience in management case studies.③The focus of past management case studies was on areas such as collaborative innovation,knowledge management and performance.Future high-potential hotspots may include areas such as corporate performance,risk management,and management innovation.
