摘要
目的：探讨23G玻璃体切割术治疗伴有玻璃体积血的糖尿病性视网膜病变的手术配合方法及要点。方法：总结2012年9月~2013年2月59例（59眼）伴有玻璃体积血的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者行23G玻璃体切割术的临床资料及护理配合。结果：手术均顺利完成，无并发症发生，无眼内感染病例，术后切口密闭良好。结论：良好的术前患者心理护理、充分的术前准备、密切的术中配合以及术后器械的精心维护和保养等全面优质的手术护理配合为23G玻璃体切割术的成功实施提供了可靠保障。
Objective To analyze the key points and methods of operative cooperation for 23 - gauge vitreetomy for vitreous hemorrhage in diabetic retinopathy. Method From September 2012 to February 2013,the clinical data and nursing cooperation in 59 patients （59eyes） with vitreous hemorrhage in diabetic retinopathy received 23 -gauge vitreetomy. Results All of the operations succeed ,without postoperative hypotony, related complications and eye infection,cut of the operation recovered well. Conclusion Well preoperative psychological care, adequate preoperative preparation,intraoperative close,postoperative management and equipment maintenance and other comprehensive surgical care on 23G minimally invasive vitreetomy guarantee successful and effective surgeries.
