摘要
目的:分析护理措施对手术疗效的影响。方法:探讨对41例(41只眼)患者在局部麻醉下行Eckardt23G经结膜无缝合玻璃体视网膜手术,通过加强对患者的术前心理护理,充分的术前准备,术中的密切配合及术后处理。结果:41例手术均顺利完成,术后随访视力均有所提高,无严重并发症发生。结论:正确的手术护理配合对于手术的结果是有必要的。
Objective： To analyze the nursing effect on TSV with 23G. Methods： 41 cases were operated under local anesthesia by Eckardt TSV with 23G. The patients were given a psychological nursing and preparation before the operation, as well as the closely nursing during and after the operation. Results： 41 cases were performed successfully. Conclusion： Correct nursing in the operation is a useful aid to the result of the operaton.
