摘要
目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期中药汤剂治疗中的护理要点。方法对收治的85例(治疗组)老年慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者在合理使用中药汤剂治疗后的护理方法及要点,与82例(对照组)老年慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者常规治疗和护理进行回顾性分析与总结。结果治疗组老年慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者缓解率达95%以上明显高于对照组。结论老年慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者给予合理的中药汤剂治疗及护理措施能有效控制呼吸道感染和病情发展、提高患者生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with tradi- tional Chinese medicine. Methods 85 patients （treatment group） aged patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were treated with Chinese medicine treatment and nursing and controlled with 82 patients （control group） aged patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated with conventional treatment and nursing. Results The remission rate of the treatment group was 95% markedly higher than that of the control. Conclusion Chinese medicine therapy and nursing measures can effectively control the respiratory tract infection and illness development and improve the quality of survival.
