摘要
目的研究应用中西医结合方式针对慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作期患者进行治疗的临床价值。方法选择我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作期患者作为研究对象并进行分组治疗,观察组采用三子养亲汤结合西医治疗方式;对照组采用西医方式。对两组疗效进行对比分析。结果完成治疗后,两组患者肺功能均得到一定程度的改善,观察组治疗后第1秒呼出气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总显效率为84.70%,显著高于对照组的46.95%;观察组总有效率达到96.94%,显著优于对照组的71.43%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用三子养亲汤联合西医对于慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作期患者进行治疗,可以产生较好的临床疗效,并优于西医常规治疗,具有极大的推广应用价值。
Objective To explore and study clinical value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. Methods Patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases who were admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects and they were treated as different groups.The observation group was received Three-Seed Filial Devotion Decoction combined with western medical treatment while the control group was received western medical treatment.Curative effects of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment,pulmonary functions of patients in two groups were all improved to some degree.After treatment,improvement of forced expiratory volume in 1 second（FEV1）and forced vital capacity（FVC） of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Total obvious effective rate of the observation group was 84.70%,significantly higher than that of the control group 46.95%.Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.94%,significantly superior to that of the control group 71.43%. Differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Improvement of clinical symptoms of the observation group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Three-Seed Filial Devotion decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases has better clinical curative effect.It is superior to routine treatment of western medicine and it is of great value of promotion and application.
