摘要
以胡萝卜、枸杞、甘草为主要原料 ,提取其汁液 ,采用正交试验 ,探索出最佳饮料配方和最佳工艺条件 ,开发出色、香、味俱佳的复合型多功能保健饮料。
A solution was extracted from carrot,fruit of chinese wolfberry and licorice root. Based on the optimum formulation and processing technology obtained,a compound healthy drink was made from the solution with good color,smell and taste.
