摘要
目的:筛选齐墩果酸片处方,确定其最佳制备工艺。方法:参照《化学药物制剂研究基本技术指导原则》,以齐墩果酸溶出度为指标,采用单因素考察及正交设计,对齐墩果酸片处方工艺进行优化。结果:优化处方为:预胶化淀粉与蔗糖5∶1,硬脂酸镁(0.14%),十二烷基硫酸钠(0.07%),微晶纤维素(10%)。结论:齐墩果酸片处方合理,工艺可行,符合片剂的质量要求。
Objective： To screen tablet. Methods： According to the and optimize the formulation and preparation process of oleanolic acid ＂basic technical guiding principles for the research of chemical drug preparation＂, and with the dissolution rate of oleanolic acid as index, single factor screening and orthogonal design experiments were carried out to optimize the prescription and technology of oleanolic acid tablets. Results： The optimal prescription was pregelatinized starch and sucrose （5：1）, magnesium stearate （0.14%）, dodecyl sodium sulfate （0.07%） and microcrystalline cellulose （10%）. Conclusion： The optimized prescription of oleanolic acid tablet is reasonable and the process is feasible, which meets the quality requirements of tablet preparation.
