摘要 目的 :优选排石合剂的水提工艺 ,以确保疗效。方法 :以总黄酮的含量和浸膏得率为指标 ,应用 L9( 3 4 )表设计筛选排石合剂的最佳水煎工艺条件。 结果 :最优条件为 :A3 B1 C1 D3 ,即加 12倍量的水 ,不浸泡 ,煎煮 3次 ,每次 1.5 h。结论 :按最优条件生产的排石合剂的总黄酮和浸膏得率高 ,工艺稳定。 Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Paishi Mixture in order to get good therapeutic effectiveness. Methods: The optimization of preparation process of Paishi Mixture was investigated using L 9(3 4) orthogonal design with the contents of total flavonoids and dry extracted substance as the indices. Results: The optimum technical conditions were as follows: adding water 12 times as much as the medicine and extracting 3 times of 1.5 h each. Conclusion: The optimum preparative procedure is reliable and the yield of the total flavonoids and dry extract is high. [
