摘要
过盈连接是一种常见的机械连接方式,过盈配合较为常见的是圆柱或圆锥形,但对于其他形状的过盈配合,如矩形过盈配合,文献中很少提及,也没有公式或者经验可以参考。针对矩形过盈配合问题通过有限元仿真方法进行了数值模拟分析,以一款应用于园林机械齿轮箱内的矩形过盈连接为具体研究对象,建立了矩形过盈配合的三维装配模型,利用有限元方法建立了数值仿真模型,通过对不同过盈量下的过盈配合关系的分析,深入研究了矩形过盈连接的接触问题,并基于热固耦合技术研究了在温度变化情况下矩形过盈连接的强度问题。所使用的方法为研究非圆柱、圆锥型过盈配合连接提供了一个有效的手段。
Interference fit is widely used in mechanical connection. The common interference fit shape is cylindrical or conical, other shape interference fit like rectangle shape is rarely mentioned. So there is no formula or experience can be referred to. The rectangle shape interference fit is researched by numerical simulation method, and the connection strength problem is analyzed based on thermal-- solid theory when the parts working under thermal changing condition. The 3D assembly model is built and the numerical simulation model is built by finite element method. The rectangular interference fit is mainly researched under different interference value. And then the interference fit relationship under thermal change is analyzed based on thermal--solid theory. The method can be referred on the problem of non--cylindrical or non--conical shape interference fit.
