摘要
介绍机床上应用较广的圆锥型滑动轴承的有限元分析方法,给出了圆锥坐标下的雷诺方程,并详细论述了用有限元法求解该方程的全过程,编制的有限元程序具有占内存少,速度快,通用性强,使用方使等优点,可用于计算圆锥动压、静压及动静压滑动轴承的静、动态特性,是这类轴承乃至机床机构CAD的有效工具。
Abstract This paper introduces the method of finiteelecment analysis on conical sliding bearings that havewidely been used in machine tools, gives out Reynold's e-quation under the conical coordinates and discusses in detailthe whole procedure of solving this equation by the use offinite element method. The worked our finite element pro-gram has the advantages of occupying less inner storage,working fast, high general property and convenient appli-cation. It can be used on the calculation of statie and dy-namic characteristics of conical sliding bearings with dy-namic pressure , static pressure and both statie and dynamicpressures. It is an effective tool for the CAD of this kind ofbearings as well as the construction of machine tools.
