摘要 在圆锥浮环动静压轴承理论计算和分析的基础上 ,设计制造了该轴承试件 ,确定了相关的实验方案和实验装置。在二维油膜动特性系数实验原理的基础上 ,首次采用静 动法和三次激振法相结合得到了内外膜共 36个动特性系数。由实验结果绘制了不同转速和不同偏心率下的刚度系数曲线和阻尼系数曲线 ,并与理论计算结果进行了比较 ,二者取得了较为满意的一致。 The conical floating ring bearing was designed and manufactured on the base of theoretical analysis and finite element calculation of this new structure bearing.In order to processes the experimental research,the experimental principle and the equipment were confined and the experiment table was established.The total 36 dynamic characteristic coefficients were obtained by the means of the three times excitation method and the static dynamic method.Stiffness and damping coefficients under different rotating speed and different eccentricity were drawn as chart using experiment results.Compared with theory results,the experiment results are reliable and prove the theory results are correct.
